Quickly Shape program has short and effective metabolic workouts ready to challenge you both mentally and physically. They are designed to help you burn fat and get in shape in no time. Quickly Shape is a full-body 8-week program which combines different equipment and movement in order to build strength and athletic physique. What can you expect out of it? Lean muscle structure, explosive strength, and shredded body fat all in under 45 min per workout.

Gym or Home – it is up to you! No matter where you are, you are going to increase your strength level and get in the shape in the least amount of time. Equipment needed at home: Dumbbells – light to heavy, Jump Rope, Medicine Ball and Elastic Band.

This program is made for all of those who enjoy fun and intense group workout. As we care about the quality of the workouts, we have set the limits for the number of people in one workout. Team workout starts at 6 and it is completed with 12 people.

What do we offer?

Team activity is made for team building in a different environment. We are going to challenge the group with different workouts every time to get in shape and release stress.

Team Workout is in control of the Certified Personal Trainer, and he is responsible for 45 minutes workout of the day. The workout itself is going to be structured so everyone can enjoy it at their own pace. From warm-up to stretching part in 45 minutes.

    What do we offer?

    Mobile workouts through an app that is going to be used as your live workout program. Your own personal trainer in your pocket wherever you go.

    You are going to receive 8 or 12 workouts made for you based on your fitness goal.

    In this program, you are going to receive a fully functional workout, easy to use, with HD videos of each exercise. After each workout, there is an option of giving feedback to your personal trainer, so we can learn more about you and your fitness level and preferences.

      We are here to tell you that with the nutritionist expert on our site you are fully covered with everything that you need to live a healthy and active life.

      Our nutritionist expert is Giovanni Ognio – graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. Giovanni is a creator and mind behind every meal plan based on science and practical implementation.

      What do we offer?

      Weight Loss and Weight Gain meal plan with nutritional preference (omnivore, vegan, vegetarian). Inside of the meal plan you are going to receive a meal plan which is going to be rotated after 2 weeks. Also, a shopping list is included in each meal plan.

      There is a possibility of working online 1 on 1 with our nutritionist expert by demand.
